Brian Wyche Hurley, MD., FACP
Dr. Brian Hurley, Medical Director of illumination MedSpa in Irmo, South Carolina is a Board Certified physician who has been practicing medicine for the past 21 years. He graduated from Howard University College of Medicine Washington, D.C. and completed his residency training in Internal Medicine at Maricopa Medical Center, Phoenix, AZ. Dr. Hurley subsequently worked as a Staff Hospitalist at the Mayo Clinic, Scottsdale, AZ and was an Assistant Professor of Medicine at the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine, Rochester, Minn. He later returned home, to Columbia, SC as the medical director of Hospital Internal Medicine at Palmetto Health Richland while also maintaining his assistant professorship of Medicine for the University of South Carolina School of Medicine.

Dr. Hurley decided to pursue his true passion, and established illumination MedSpa in 2008 and proceeded to obtain additional certification and educational training in medical cosmetic procedures. Dr. Hurley has been featured in a variety of medical journals and multimedia outlets yet still actively travels to learn new techniques and invites national trainers to educate his staff in the latest procedures. Dr. Hurley is happily married with three great children and is a certified “Dad” and respectable tennis player.

Christie Tull, illumination MedSpas Head Esthetician and trainer, is licensed and certified for skin care applications and the Cutera Laser and Lipo-EX procedures. Christie has over 8 years of experience in developing personalized skin care regimes for her clients and stays ahead of the curve by aggressively researching and attending advance skin care and procedural educational seminars nationwide. One of Christie's greatest professional rewards is contributing to the transformation of renewed restoration in the health and balance of her clients.

Debbie Walters, illumination MedSpas experienced, licensed esthetican, permanent makeup artist and Cutera Laser and Lipo-EX specialist/trainer, is a great asset of knowledge for our clients. Debbie has 7 years of experience in massage therapy and aesthetic procedures and techniques and travels nationwide to update her credentials. She sincerely enjoys assisting in humanitarian ventures by providing cancer patients with permanent makeup choices like eyebrows and liners when chemotherapy has robbed them of any hair to define their face.

Dianna Owens, illumination MedSpas newest addition to the team, is a licensed aestician and Lipo-EX specialist. Dianna has a passion for advanced education related to this field and with her excellent customer service oriented personality, she is able to provide dedicated services to her clients while developing enduring relationships.
